According to PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Analyst Meeting Financial Performance 1H-2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BNI booked total assets of Rp631,741 billion in 1H-2017 or rise 17.2% as compared with Rp539,140 billion in 1H 2016 period. Bank BNI’s latest financial report showed that its total third party funds amounted to Rp463,862 billion in the first half of 2017, representing a growth of 18.5% fro Rp391,490 billion in the first half of 2016. Bank BNI's net income as of June 2017 reached Rp6,413 billion, compared to Rp4,371 billion in June 2016.

Requirements
- Background in Senior High School/SMA or equivalent up to Bachelor Degree (S1).
- Minimum average report score in 5th and 6th semester of 7 for SMA or equivalent.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 for D1 up to S1.
- Do not have any work experience or not have attended any similar job training.
- Age : 18 up to ≤ 25 years old at the time of admission selection.
- Male/Female.
- Have a good health and not color blind, except for Asisten Administrasi.
- Not involved in drugs or violations of law is evidenced by SKCK.
- Not married and willing not to marry during apprenticeship.
- The candidates mus have approval from parents to join BINA BNI internship program.
- Minimum height of 155 cm for Female and 165 cm for Male.
