PT Bank Mega Tbk - Bank Mega is a long standing medium-scale bank in Indonesia. The Bank was first established in 1969 and initially registered as a small size bank based in Surabaya East Java named PT Bank Karman. Later in 1992, Bank Karman renamed into Mega Bank and relocated its head office to Jakarta. In 2000, the Bank conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and transformed into PT Bank Mega Tbk. Bank Mega's shares were traded on IDX under ticker code MEGA. PT Bank Mega Tbk is an integral part of CT Corpora, one of the largest business conglomerates in Indonesia owned by local tycoon Chairul Tanjung. As of December 2016, CT Corpora - through PT Mega Corpora - is the majority shareholder at Bank Mega, with 57.82% of ownership. Other 42.18% remaining shares in Bank Mega was owned by public shareholders. Headquartered in Jakarta, Bank Mega's operations are divided into eight regions; Medan, Jakarta 1, Jakarta 2, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, and Banjarmasin. As of December 2016, these regions gave the bank a total of 348 office networks spread in all over Indonesia.

Bank Mega has recorded satisfactory financial performance in the full year of 2016 (ended in 31 December 2016). According to Bank Mega Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank Mega reported total assets of Rp70.53 trillion in 2016. This number is up 3% from Rp68.23 trillion in 201. Referring to its annual report, Bank Mega managed to record total net operating income of Rp 1.47 trillion, an increase of 25% from the previous year of Rp1.18 trillion. Total net profit in 2016 increased by 10% from Rp1.05 trillion in 2015 to Rp 1.16 trillion in 2016.

Requirements

• Not older than 27 years of age on this year.
• Education background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1 / S2) in any field from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale. 
• Have leadership and actively involved in organizational activities.
• Strong drive for success.
• Have a good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Willing to join 1 year of MMDP education program in Jakarta.

Retail Manager Development Program (RMDP)

Requirements

• Not older than 27 years of age on this year.
• Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Engineering, MIPA and Economics.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale
• Good looking.
• Have a good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Willing to undergo a period of training and a bond.
