- Minimum Diploma (D3) holder with majors that correlate with banking. Graduated from a reputable university with minimum accreditation B (PTN/PTS).
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Especially for Funding Officer have working experience in the same field for 3 years.
- Computer literate, minimum Ms. Office.
- Have the ability to speak English at least passive.
- Minimum height of 155 cm for Female and 160 cm for Male.
- Maximum age as of 1 October 2017
- Maximum age of 25 years old for Teller, Customer Servics.
- Maximum age of 27 years old for Relation Officer.
- Maximum age of 33 years old for Funding Officer.
- Have no family relationship (father / biological / step mother, and / or sibling) in Bank Riau Kepri.
- Never participated in the selection of employee of Bank Riau Kepri in the last 1 (one) year.
- Physically healthy as evidenced by the results of a doctor's examination.
- Drug-free and alcohol-free medical examinations from the hospital.
- Well behaved, as evidenced by a letter from the Police.
- Have KTP Riau and surrounding areas
