Originally registered as Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja) with principal business in the electrical, water pipe installation. Later in 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. WIKA was officially listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Stock Code: WIKA) in 2007. As of December 2016, WIKA Group is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

WIKA's performance in 2016 improved over the previous year. According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, WIKA was able to expand total net sales by 15.04% from Rp 13,620 billion in 2015 to Rp15,669 billion in 2016. WIKA's total assets in 2016 reached Rp 21,552.49 billion with 71.59% increase compared to 2015 which was Rp 12,560.28 billion.

Requirements

• Education background in Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Structure and Transportation and Accounting with minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS).
• Fresh graduate.
• Preferably Male.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Have a good health history (balanced weight).
• No color blind (Partial / Total)
• Fluent in English both orally and in writing with minimum TOEFL score of 550 or equivalent.
• Mastering computer software applications in the field.
• Willing to be placed in all areas of the company's work operations .
