Referring to its annual report, PTPP booked total operating income of Rp1.97 trillion in 2016, up 23.41% from Rp1.60 trillion in 2015.

- Male
- Minimum Graduate of SMK majoring in Construction Engineering Concrete Stone & Building Image Engineering
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Experienced as Pelaksana in the field of high-rise buildings or civil works (roads, bridges, dams and harbors) at least 1 year
- Mastering the method of construction work of high-rise buildings and civil works (roads, bridges, dams and harbors)
- Willing to be placed throughout PT PP (Persero) Tbk (outside Java and abroad).

- Male.
- Minimum D3 Degree of Civil Engineering.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Experienced as Pelaksana in the field of high-rise building at least 3 years.
- Mastering the method of high-rise building construction work.
- Willing to be placed throughout PT PP (Persero) Tbk (outside Java and abroad).

- Male.
- Minimum D3 Degree of Civil Engineering.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Experienced as the executor in the field of building roads, bridges, weirs, ports at least 3 years.
- Mastering the methods of construction work of roads, bridges, weirs, ports.
- Willing to be placed throughout PT PP (Persero) Tbk (outside Java and abroad).
