The Company was formed in 1997 and initially registered as a lubricant company PT Pertajaya Lubrindo. The name of PT Pertamina Retail officially launched in 2005 and transformed to fuel and non-fuel retail business. At the end of December 2015, Pertamina Retail conducted its business activities through 122 SPBU COCO, 380 Bright stores, 10 Bright Cafes, 17 Bright Car Was Units, and 30 Bright Olimarts spread across Indonesia.
PT Pertamina Retail is running well in the full year of 2015 (ended in 31 December 2015). According to PT Pertamina Retail Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Pertamina Retail registered total operating profit of Rp 108.75 billion in 2015, or 81% growth as compared with Rp 60.50 billion in 2014. Pertamina Retail booked total assets of Rp 1,064.06 billion in 2015, or a growth of 23% from Rp 863.26 billion in 2014.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum/Oil/Gas Engineering, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
- The candidate is desirable with 1 year experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be placed in all Pertamina's Gas Stations (SPBU) across Indonesia as Business Unit Head.
