PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China – KCIC is a new established transportation company in Indonesia. KCIC was established to develop high-speed railway that stretches 150 kilometers between Jakarta and Bandung in West Java. KCIC is a joint venture company between Indonesian Consortium (PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN Indonesia) and Chinese Consortium (China Railway Corporation) with shares of 60 percent and 40 percent, respectively. Staf Project Development TOD (Marketing)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Architecture, Management, Marketing or other related disciplines.
• Past experience in the field of marketing (property or real estate projects).
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with property/real estate market in Indonesia.
• Have excellent skill in operating supporting applications (MS Office). Operating knowledge of graphic design applications is preferred (Photoshop, Corel, etc).
• Strong-willed to meet deadlines and targets.
• Able to work in a team.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Active and deeply interesting in real estate marketing.

Investment and Risk Management

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Finance, Accounting, Finance from a leading university (local or overseas).
• Fluent in English (oral/writte), good level in mandarin is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of risk management, preferably from banking or financial industry.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Past experience in making procedures and systems relating to risk management. Have a good skills in making financial modelling is preferred.
