Kepala Pabrik Beton Pracetak (Code : ADHI-KPP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Have experience in managing precast concrete plant and or building materials plant.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Familiar with manufacture production process.

Manager Engineering (Code : ADHI-MEN)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Have experience in creating structure design in using precast concrete.
• Strong passion in the field of engineering.
• Familiar with manufacture production process.

Concrete Engineer (Code : ADHI-CEN)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Have experience as engineer in ready mixed concrete industry.
• Like work detail.
• Familiar with manufacture production process.

Manager Pemasaran & Penjualan (Code : ADHI-MPP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1, majoring in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Have experience in marketing pracast conctrete and or building materials products.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skill.
• Have a wide marketing network.
• Familiar with manufacture production process.

Manager SDM (Code : ADHI-MHR)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Management, Psychology, Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Have experience in the field of Human Resource (HR).
• Strong interpersonal relationship skill.
• Familiar with manufacture production process.
