PT Bank Mega Tbk - Bank Mega is a rapid growing medium-scale bank in Indonesia. Bank Mega was first established in 1969 as Bank Karman, a small size bank based in Surabaya East Java. Later in 1992, Bank Karman renamed into Mega Bank and relocated its head office to Jakarta. In 2000, the Bank conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and transformed into PT Bank Mega Tbk. Bank Mega's shares were traded on IDX under ticker code MEGA. Bank Mega is an integral part of CT Corpora, one of the largest business conglomerates in Indonesia owned by local tycoon Chairul Tanjung. As of December 2015, CT Corpora - through PT Mega Corpora - is the majority shareholder at Bank Mega, with 57.82% of ownership. Other 42.18% remaining shares in Bank Mega was owned by public shareholders. Headquartered in Jakarta, Bank Mega runs its business through 345 office networks spread across Indonesia.

Requirements

  • Background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1 / S2) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (for S1) or 3.25 (S2) on a 4.00 grade scale.
  • Actively involved in organization activities and able to communicate well.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking and good problem solving skill.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and in written.
  • Willing to undergo a period of training and a bond for 1 year.
Retail Funding Officer Academy (RFOA)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale.
  • Good looking.
  • Strong interest in the field of marketing.
Customer Service & Teller Training Program (CSTP & TTP)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 26 years old.
  • Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale.
