PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero) - PT SUCOFINDO (Persero) or known as "SUCOFINDO" is a major state-owned company in Indonesie engaged in inspection and supervision services. SUCOFINDO has core competencies on inspection and audit services, testing and analysis services, certification services, training and consultation services. Headquartered in Jakarta, SUCOFINDO is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. At present, SUCOFINDO is 95% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 5% Societe Generale de Surveillance Holding SA (SGS SA). SUCOFINDO's business results in 2015 showed improved performance compared to 2014. According to PT SUCOFINDO (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, SUCOFINDO reported total revenue of Rp 2,006 billion in 2015. This total revenue reflected an 17.56% increase as compared with Rp 1,706.33 billion in 2014.

Management Trainee (MT)
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in following disciplines

- Engineering : Electro, Physics, Geodesy, Geology, Industrial, Informatics, Marine, Environment, Chemistry, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Shipping, Petroleum, Mining, Agriculture, Civil
- Engineering : Communication Studies, Statistical.
- Indonesian citizens (WNI).
- Physically and mentally healthy (evidenced by the original health certificate from a doctor).
- Preferably Male.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
- Maximum age 25 years old (as of 1 January 2017).
- Height and weight proportionate.
- Willing to undergo a period of trainee for one year.
- Not married and willing not to get married during the period of trainee.
- Willing to undergo bond department for 5 years since was appointed a permanent employee.
- Willing to be placed throughout the working area of PT SUCOFINDO (Persero).
- Not having a family relationship with the employees of PT SUCOFINDO (Persero) as husband and wife; brothers natural / step / adopted; parent - child birth / step / adopted
- Preferably have TOEFL predition score at least 450.
- Not going through a bond / bond required to work with other company / institution.
- Never involved in a drug or other harmful addictive substances.
- Never been convicted of a felony (evidenced by SKCK).
- Not being the official of a political party.
- Never dishonorably discharged as an employee at the company / institution anywhere.
