PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen - PT KAPM commonly abbreviated as KA Properti is a rapid growing company in Indonesia, running business in the field of property and general construction. KA Properti is a directly-owned subsidiary company of state-owned railways operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI Group. At present, KAI Group owns a 99.90 percent stake in KA Properti with the remainder of the shares belonging to Pusaka Foundation (0.1 percent). KAI Properti engaged in the field of railways assets management owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and other institutions. KA Properti is domiciled in Jakarta and has 5 working areas located at Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya.

In 2015, KA Properti successfully recorded its total assets of Rp 206,101 millions, an increase of 22.25 percent (yoy) from the previous year of Rp 168,582 millions. Total revenue went up by 73.36 percent from Rp 218,088 millions in 2014 to Rp 378,096 millions in 2015. Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT KA Properti Manajemen are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Project Manager (PM)

Requirements

• Minimum D3 Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of contractors.
• Previous experience as Project Manager.

Drafter

Requirements

• Minimum SMK Teknik Gambar or D3 Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of drawing buildings
• Mastering CAD and AutoCAD.

Admin Proyek

Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Minimum SMA in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in Constructions.
• Previous experience in project bidding construction / property / other.
• Mastering Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Budget Plan (RAB) and shop drawing.

Sales Trading

Requirements

• Minimum D3 in any field.
• Previsous experience in sales and marketing.
• Have a wide networking.
