PT Saptaindra Sejati - SIS or referred to as "Saptaindra Sejati" is a reputable Indonesian company that involved in mining industry. Based in Jakarta, Saptaindra Sejati operates primarily as a mining contractors which providing mining services and infrastructure development and logistics services. Saptaindra Sejati concentrates its business activities in coal mining and hauling contractor services. Saptaindra Sejati is a mining services subsidiary company of public-listed mining group PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro Group). As of December 2015, Adaro Group holds 100% ownership of Saptaindra Sejati’s shares.

In term of financial performance, Saptaindra Sejati’s total revenue in 2015 was down 11.06% at US$ 432.6 million as compared with US$ 486.4 million in the previous year. Engineering Section Head (Code : ENGSH)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor degree (S1) in the related discipline.
  • Holds around 5 – 8 years experience as a Section Head or Manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
  • Possess certification in first class blasting and have POP License will be highly prioritized.
  • Possess certification in Minescape or SURPAC.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Engineering Supervisor (Code : ENGSPV)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor degree (S1) in the related discipline.
  • Holds around 4 years experience as a Supervisor in open pit coal mining area.
  • Possess certification in first class blasting and have POP License will be highly prioritized.
  • Possess certification in Minescape or SURPAC.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Engineering Group Leader (Code : ENGGL)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining discipline.
  • Holds around 2 – 3 years experience as a Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry.
  • Have a POP License will be highly prioritized.
  • Expertise with Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software (Mindscape and Xpac) will be an extra advantage.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking and focus on detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Production Section Head (Code : PSH)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor degree (S1) in relevant position
  • Holds around 5 – 8 years experience as a section head in open pit coal mining area.
  • Possess certification in second class blasting and have POP / POM License will be an extra advantage.
  • Expertise with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Production Supervisor (Code : PSPV)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor degree (S1) in relevant position
  • Holds around5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area.
  • Possess certification in second class blasting and have POP / POM License.
  • Expertise with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Plant Section Head (Code : PLANTSH)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Background in Bachelor degree (S1) in relevant position
  • Holds around 5 years experience as a section head in open pit coal mining area.
  • Have a mechanic experience or background will be highly prioritized.
  • Possess certification in Basic Mechanical Course (BMC).
  • Expertise with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
  • Have a strong leadership and communication skils.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Plant Supervisor (Code : PLANTSPV)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Background in Diploma degree (D3) in relevant position.
  • Holds around 3 – 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area and related position.
  • Have a mechanic experience or background will be highly prioritized.
  • Possess certification in Basic Mechanical Course (BMC).
  • Expertise with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
  • Have a strong leadership and communication skils.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Plant Group Leader (Code : PLANTGL)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Background in Senior High School.
  • Holds around 2 – 3 years experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position.
  • Have a mechanic experience or background will be highly prioritized.
  • Possess certification in Basic Mechanical Course (BMC).
  • Expertise with Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
  • Have a strong leadership and communication skils.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Instructor Plant (Code :INSPLANT)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Background in Senior High School.
  • Holds around 3 – 5 years experience as a mechanic instructor especially in mining companies.
  • Have a mechanic experience or background will be highly prioritized.
  • Possess certification in Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) and Training For Trainer (TFT).
  • Able to teach (in-class & field practical).
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Have a strong communication skil.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
Group Leader (Code :GL-GA)

Requirements
  • Age around 25 – 35 years old
  • Background in Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in any field, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Management.
  • Holds around 3 years experience in General Affair.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • Fluent in English (passive).
  • Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance and Repair method, Materials, tools and Equipment the operation and standars and regulation.
  • Strong problems solving skill, good initiative.
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking.
  • Have a strong interpersonal and communication skils. 
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to be placed in site project.
