PT Pos Logistik Indonesia - POSLOG or referred to as "POS Logistics" is a rapid growing logistic and supply chain company in Indonesia. POS Logistic concentrates its business activities in the field of transportation and warehousing services, delivery of cargo, and the regulated agent or dealer inspection. PT Pos Logistik Indonesia is a strategic subsidiary company of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) or POS Indonesia Group, Indonesia’s national postal corporation wholly-owned by the Indonesian Government. POS Logistics was first established in 2004 and initially registered as a business project of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Later in 2007, the business project has developed into strategic business unit (SBU). Since 2012 POS Logistics has officially operated as a separate business entity from PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). POS Logistics is based in Jakarta and runs its business through 14 office networks and 37 warehouse spread across Indonesia.
In term of financial position, POS Logistics continuously shows superior performance in 2014 with total logistic revenue growth of 13.31% and total net profit increase 61.12% year on year (yoy). The Company's total net profit in 2014 amounted to Rp 3.69 billion as compared with Rp2.29 billion in 2013.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably as a Staff specializing in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Gd Pos Ibukota Lt 2 - Jl Lapangan Banteng Utara).
- 2 full-time contract positions available.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource (HR) Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of HR Development; Recruitment. Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Talent and People Development.
- Strong interest and practical knowledge and practice on HR and business.
- Strong in networking and have good interpersonal relationship.
- Good team work with excellent interpersonal and interdependency skill.
