According to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PT PLN (Persero) managed to strengthen its financial performance in 2014. PT PLN (Persero) booked total net sales of Rp 198.60 trillion in 2014, or rose by 5.89% from Rp 187.54 trillion in 2013. Total net profit in 2014 amounted to Rp 11.7 trillion, compared with loss of Rp 26.2 trillion in 2013.

Education Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent (S1/D.IV), majoring in the following discipline
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, Power System (Code : S1/ELE).
2. Electronics, Control - Not Telecommunication (Code : S1/ALE).
3. Environmental Engineering - Not Civil Engineering (Code : S1/LIN).
4. Informatics Engineering (Code : S1/INF).
5. Industrial Engineering (Code : S1/IND).
• Associate Degree (D.III), majoring in the following discipline
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, Power System (Code : D.III/ELE).
2. Electronics, Control - Not Telecommunication (Code : D.III/ALE).
3. Marketing Management, Commerce Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration (Code : D.III/MAN).
4. Civil Engineering (Code : D.III/SIP).

General Requirements

• Unmarried status (single) and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training program.
• Preferably Male.
• Birth in 1990 and thereafter for Undergraduate Degree level and birth in 1992 and thereafter for Associate Degree level.
• Have an outstanding academic record with Grade Point Average (GPA)
• GPA ≥ 3.00 for S1/INF, S1/IND, D.III/MAN
• GPA ≥ 2.75 for S1/ELE, S1/ALE, S1/LIN, D.III/ELE, D.III/ALE, and D.III/SIP,.
