According to Bahana Group's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bahana Group booked total operating revenue of Rp 633.92 billion in 2014. This total operating revenue reflected a 2.53% down as compared with Rp 650.40 billion in 2013. In term of profit, Bahana Group's total net profit in 2014 declined by 10.57% to Rp 106.97 billion as compared with total net profit in 2013 amounted to Rp 119.62 billion.

Temporary HR - Training & Recruitment (HRT)

Requirements:
  • Male/Female.
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (minimum).
  • Past experience in Human Resources (HR) for at least 1 year, especially in the field of recruitment and training.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRactivities
  • Good team work.
  • Demonstrated good communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and high initiative.
  • Responsible, adaptive, and fast learner.
  • Able to use computer especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ready join with BPUI on April 2016.
Temporary HR - Compensation & Benefit (HRCB) 


Requirements:
  • Male/Female.
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (minimum).
  • Past experience in Human Resources (HR) for at least 1 year, especially in the field of compensation and benefit.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRactivities
  • Good team work.
  • Demonstrated good communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
