Universitas Gadjah Mada - UGM or Gadjah Mada University is a long standing Indonesian state-university, based in Sleman Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The University was first established in 1949 and initially started with 6 faculties. After 64 years in operation, Gadjah Mada University has developed into one of the largest universities in Indonesia. According to UGM's statistics as cited by JobsCDC.com, the University now host 18 faculties, 2 schools, 68 undergraduate study programs (S1), 26 diploma study programs, 6 profession study programs, 86 post graduate study programs, and 44 doctoral study programs. In 2011, UGM has received a prestigious national and international awards. Gadjah Mada University placed 342nd in the world, 118th in Asian and 1st in Indonesia by QS University Rankings 2011. Since November 2014, its rector is Prof. Ir. Dwikorita Karnawati, M.Sc., Ph.D. She is the fist female rector in Gadjah Mada University.

Requirements
- Male / Female with the maximum of 28 years old
- Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management (Human Resources Management, Organization Management).
- Have a GPA score min 3.0 (scale 4.0) with an A accreditation.
- Fluent in English as evidenced by a minimum TOEFL score (related) of 450.
- Experience in related field is preferable.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Willing domiciled in Yogyakarta.
