Human Resources Department (HRD) in PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk have three big functions:
  1. HR Operations (Recruitment, Training, Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefit, HRIS);
  2. HR Business Partner;
  3. HR Expertise Team (Leadership Development, Reward).
Requirements:
  • Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA > 3.00 from reputable university.
  • Holds around 2-3 years of experience in the field of Human Resource, preferably from multinational companies.
  • Fluency in English
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong communication & influencing skills
  • Legal authorization to work in Indonesia
