According to PNM's 2014 Annual Report as cited by JobsCDC.com. the Company registered a 31% growth in  total operating profit of Rp 110.76 billion as compared with Rp 84.78 billion in 2013. Total financing continue to grow by 17% to Rp 3.74 trillion in from Rp 3.19 trillion in 2013.

Regional Manager (RM)

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/K or equivalent, maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Area Manager in group financing.
• Have SIM C and motorcycle.
• Integrity, discipline and strong leadership skill.

Area Manager (AM)

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/K or equivalent, maximum age of 32 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as branch head or unit manager in group financing.
• Have SIM C and motorcycle.
• Integrity, discipline and strong leadership skill.

Kepala Cabang (KC)

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/K or equivalent, maximum age of 27 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Account Officer/Field Officer in Group financing.
• Have SIM C and motorcycle.
• Integrity, discipline and strong leadership skill.
