PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma (Persero) - KIW or referred to as "Wijayakusuma Industrial Estate Semarang" is an Indonesian state-owned company that is involved in industrial zone management services. Its business include industrial plots sales and warehouse rental. Based in Semarang Central Java, KIW now has 250 hectares of industrial area located in the most strategic place in the Central Java province. KIW was first established in 1988 as PT Kawasan Industri Cilacap (Persero) and based in Cilacap Central Java. Later in 2008 the Company relocated its head office to Semarang changed its name to PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma (Persero). At present, KIW is 51.09% owned by the Government of Indonesia, 40.39% by the Central Java Provincial Government, and 8.25% by the Regency Government of Cilacap.

In terms of financial performance, PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma (Persero) posted an increase of 52.51% in total revenues from Rp 51.6 billion in 2013 to Rp 78.7 billion in 2014. Profit after tax amounted to Rp 45.3 billion in 2014, which represented an increase of 58.94% over profit after tax recorded in 2013 of Rp 28.5 billion. Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Accounting.
• Minimum accredited BAN PT "B"
• A minimum final GPA of 2.75
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Exel and Word).
• Good communication skill in English is favorable.
• Maximum age 28 years old in January 2016.
