Bank Indonesia - BI is the Central Bank of Republic of Indonesia. BI is an independent state-institution in Indonesia which operates primarily as a central bank of Indonesia and has a single objective to achieve and to maintain the stability of the Indonesian currency Rupiah (IDR/Rp). BI was formed by the Government of Indonesia on 1 July 1953 as a nationalization results of De Javasche Bank (The Java Bank), a Dutch bank dating from colonial time. BI has its legal domicile in Jakarta and its head office is located at Jl MH Thamrin No 2, Jakarta 10350. At present, BI supported by 37 domestic branch offices and 4 overseas representative offices at Tokyo Japan, Singapore, London UK, and New York USA.

According to BI's profile as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Central Bank of Indonesia is led by the Board of Governors, comprising the Governor, a senior deputy governor and at least four and not more than seven deputy governors. With approval from the People's Representative Council (DPR), the Governor and senior deputy governor are nominated and appointed by the President of Republic of Indonesia. Agus Martowardojo, formerly the Finance Minister of Republic of Indonesia and CEO PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), is the current Governor of Bank Indonesia. He was sworn as the Governor of Bank Indonesia on 23 May 2013 by the president Susilo "SBY" Bambang Yudhoyono to replace Darmin Nasution. At present, the Governor of Bank Indonesia is assisted by 1 Senior Deputy Governor chaired by Mirza Adityaswara, and 4 Deputy Governors, namely Perry Warjiyo, Ronald Waas, Hendar, and Erwin Rijanto.

Implementer & Application Support

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess education at least Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent, majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing application by using COTS solution (Commercial Off The Shelf) at least 2 applications.
  • Preferably have experience in the field of Treasury System / HR / Finance / Data Warehouse.
  • Possess certification in programming languages and databases will highly prioritized.
  • Strong understanding of programming language (Java/dot net) and databas (oracle/MS SQL).
Database Administrator

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess education at least Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent, majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing database and data warehouse.
  • Possess certification in databases/data warehouse (Oracle Certification) will highly prioritized.
  • Strong understanding of conceptual database tools such as Oracle / MS SQL.
Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess education at least Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent, majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing and managing Infrastructure & Security Architecture in Financial Industry.
  • Have experience of implementing IT infrastructure.
  • Possess certification in IT infrastructure (certification from Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco) will highly prioritized.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture.
Vendor Management Office

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess education at least Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent, majoring in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information System.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement of IT equipment and solutions COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf).
  • Possess certification in procurement will be highly prioritized.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management concept.
  • Strong understanding of development methods of application or IT infrastructure.
General Requirements
  • Male/Female, with the maximum age of 30 years old by 1 February 2016.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
  • Active in English language.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Not being undergo a bond or willing to release a bond with another institution if accepted at Bank Indonesia;
  • Initial placement at the Head Office of Bank Indonesia.
