PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk - BDI or more popularly called "Bank Danamon" is a long standing Indonesian financial services company with core business in banking industry. The Bank was initially established under the name Bank Kopra in 1956. In 1976, the Bank was renamed into Bank Danamon. The name of Danamon is derived from ‘dana moneter’ which meaning monetary fund. As of 30 September 2015, Bank Danamon is majority owned by Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd with 67.37% shares,  JPMCB-Franklin Templeton Investment Funds with 6.81%,and the rest is owned by the public with 25.82% shares. Asia Financial (Indonesia) Pte Ltd is a unit of Singapore’s Temasek Group. With operations in all over Indonesia, Bank Danamon now has 2,156 office networks, including conventional branch offices, micro banking units (Danamon Simpan Pinjam/DSP), syariah units as well as branch offices of its subsidiaries.

• Fresh graduate Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.0 scale 
• Maximum age of 30 years old.

• Possess excellent presentation skill.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills.
