In term of financial performance, PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) recorded a satisfiying financial result in 2014. According to BGR Indonesia's Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BPT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) managed to record a total revenue of Rp772.91 billion in 2014, an increase by 24.88% from Rp736.96 billion in 2013. Total net profit in 2014 was recorded at Rp 53.48 billion, an increase by 6.76% as compared with Rp 50.09 billion in 2013.

To support the bussiness expansion and its organic growth, PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) invites qualified candidates to join in BGR Express and fill the following positions:

A. Kepala Kantor Cabang Utama BGR Express (Kode: KCU)
B. Kepala Kantor Cabang BGR Express (KC)
C. Kepala Kantor Perwakilan BGR Express (KPW)


General Requirements
  • Minimum S1 from reputable university with minimum accreditation B.
  • Cumulative Grade Point Average/GPA min. 2.75 (for PTN) and 3.00 (for PTS) within 4.00 scales.
  • Minimum age of 27 years and not more than 40 years old as of 1 December 2015.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Able to speak English active (oral and written).
  • Operating knowledge of Ms. Office and internet applications.
  • Have integrity and good leadership skills.
  • Broad knowledge and heave an extensive networking.
  • Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have  experience in the field of courier for at least 5 years (KCU) and 3 years (KC & KPW).
  • Willing to be placed in all work areas of BGR Express.
  • Have no family relationship with an active employee of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero).
