According to PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Analyst Meeting Financial Performance 1H-2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BNI posted an increase of 5.7% in total assets from Rp407,807 billion in 1H-2014 to Rp430,966 billion in 1H-2015. Total loan in 1H-2015 continue to grow by 12.1% to Rp288,723 billion from Rp257,529 billion in 1H-2014.

Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Male/Female, single/not married.
- Maximum age of 26 years old (per 1 December 2015).
- Neat and attractive appearance.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proportional weight / ideal with height 160 cm for Female and 165 cm for Male.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) holder with GPA min. 2.70 within 4.00 scales.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Have a strong motivation, energetic and dynamic.
- Fluent in English (passive and active).
- Able to use computer, minimum Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be assigned in all working area of Bank BNI in the area Central Java and DIY.
