Bank Indonesia - BI is the Central Bank of the Republic of Indonesia. Bank Indonesia is an Indonesian independent state-institution operates primarily as a central bank with a single objective to achieve and to maintain the stability of the Indonesian currency Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Bank Indonesia was formed in 1953 as a nationalization results of a Dutch bank De Javasche Bank (Bank of Java). BI is based in Jakarta and its headquarter is registered at Jl MH Thamrin No 2, Jakarta 10350. At present,  Bank Indonesia has 37 domestic branch offices and 4 overseas representatives located in Tokyo, Singapore, London, and New York.

Since May 2013, former Finance Minister Agus Martowardjojo was appointed as the Governor of Bank Indonesia. He is replacing Darmin Nasution. Requirements

• Minimum S1, majoring in Economics, Management, Communication or International Relations.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year in the field of Contact Center at Supervisory Level.
• Have a valid expertise certification in the field of contact center (minimum team leader level) from contact center association.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.

Team Leader (1 positon available)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old the date of announcement.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Economics, Management, Communication or International Relations.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 2 year in the field of Contact Center as a team leader.
• Possess certification (minimum team leader level).
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.

Solver Agent (1 positon available)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old the date of announcement.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Economics, Management, Information Technology (IT), or Communication.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 6 months in the field of Contact Center as an agent.
• Have a valid expertise certification in the field of contact center (minimum agent level) from contact center association.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.

Document Controller (1 position available)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old the date of announcement.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Economics, Management, Communication or International Relations.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 3 years in the field of administration and archieves.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in the field of audio video.

Production Assistant (1 position available)

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years in the field of video editing.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill (oral and written).

Infographic Designer (1 position available)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old the date of announcement.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Information Technology (IT), Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communication.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 5 years as designer (graphic) and/or infographic designer.
• Technical skills in design applications (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, etc).

Online Communication Officer (1 position available)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 40 years old the date of announcement.
• Minimum S1, majoring in Information Technology (IT).
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
• Required experience for minimum 1 year as web administration.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and Web Applications.
