PT Waskita Karya Realty was established on 16 October 2014. The Company is a directly-owned subsidiary company of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (Waskita Group), one of the largest general construction companies in Indonesia which is owned and managed by the Government of Indonesia. Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• Operating knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop.
• Able to read engineering drawing.
• Proficient in using and utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Consistent in implementing rules and procedures, to be honest, trustworthy, able to keep a secret, tidy, conscientious, industrious, resolute, creative and communicative.

Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Operating knowledge of AutoCAD, Project Management and MS Project softwares.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Able to calculate the volume based on the image.
• Strong understanding aboth the construction standard requirements.
• Strong understanding about the methods of inspection and construction work.
• Strong understanding and able to calculate the Material Pricing and Wages.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of Project Management System.
• Proficient in using and utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong leadership skill and decision making skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, able to keep a secret, neat, meticulous, diligent, decisive and communicative.
• Have a basic knowledge of finance and good understanding about the financial statements.
