PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur - PKT or later known as Pupuk Kaltim is a major integrated fertilizer and petrochemical company in Indonesia. Pupuk Kaltim is owned and managed by PT Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company (Persero) or PIHC Group, a state-owned fertilizer holding company in Indonesia. At present, 99.99% of its shares are held by PIHC Group and 0.01% remaining shares by YKHT Pupuk Kaltim. Pupuk Kaltim is recognized as one of the largest fertilizer producers in Indonesia. At present, Pupuk Kaltim installed total annual production capacity of 2.98 million tons urea, 2.51 million tons ammonia, and 350,000 tons NPK and 45,000 tons organic fertilizer. Headquartered in Bontang East Kalimantan, Pupuk Kaltim now has 3 representative offices (Jakarta, Balikpapan, and Samarinda) and 13 marketing offices throughout Indonesia. Pupuk Kaltim was able to perform well and achieved encouraging results of operations in 2014. According to Pupuk Kaltim Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Pupuk Kaltim reported total sales of Rp 17,201.99 billion for the year ending December of 2014. This represents an increase of 24.42% versus 2013, when the company's sales were Rp 13,825.71 billion. Pupuk Kaltim's comprehensive income rises 141.83% from Rp 1,050.16 billion in 2013 to Rp 2,539.65 billion in 2014.

- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for D3 and S1) or minimum average diploma score of 7 (for SMA/MA/SMK).
- Minimum TOEFL score of 450 (for S1) and 400 (for D3).
- Physically and mentally healthy. For Senior High School SMA/MA/SMK (SLTA) applicants : minimum height of 160 cm with balanced weight.
- Has never participated in the selection of candidates at Pupuk Kaltim in August 2015.
- Willing to be placed according to the needs of the company.
- Free from drugs and other related.
