- Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil Engineering graduated from state university.
- A minimum final GPA of 2.75 / 4.00.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project).
- Fluent oral and writting in English.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Willing to e placed at project site.
