- Fresh graduate from a leading university.
- Cumulative GPA min. 2.85 (for state university) and 3.00 (for private university) within 4.00 scales (A accreditation during 3 years).
- Willing to be placed on the entire working area of PT. HUTAMA KARYA (Persero).
- Male. Age S-1 max. 24 years
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office / Open Office usage (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Point).
- Healthy performance, with proportional appearance and minimum height of 162 cm.
- Highly power struggle and highly driven with a strong commitment in achieving career, personal, organizational goal and have a good teamwork.
