PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk - HIL or Holcim Indonesia is a reputable cement producers in Indonesia. Holcim Indonesia is based in Jakarta and now has installed total annual production capacity of 11 million tons cement through its 3 cement factories (located in Narogong West Java, Cilacap Central Java, and newly operated Tuban East Java) and 1 grinding facility in Ciwandan Banten. Originally established in 1967 as PT Semen Cibinong. In 2006, the company changed its name to Holcim Indonesia. The Company is a local unit of Swiss-based Holcim Ltd (Holcim Group), one of the largest cement producers in the world with total annual production capacity of more than 211 million tons of cement. At present, Holcim Group (through Holderfin BV) holds 80.65% ownership of Holcim Indonesia’s shares. Other remaining shares belonging to investor and public shareholders. Requirements
- Candidate holds at least a Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Science or Engineering (Chemistry, Environment and other related fields) and/or Business.
- At least 2 years of experience in the capacity of sales and marketing serving & developing new accounts at waste management industry.
- Experience in developing and managing waste service contract.
- Good skill in operating Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and consumer analysis.
- Strong knowledge of waste management business, environmental and hazardous substances regulations.
- Ability to dealing effectively with people at all level within an organization and with costumers and government agencies.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
