This total assets figures reflected an 41.99 percent growth from Rp 505,140 millions in 2013.

- Background in Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Management.
- Strong academic results with minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4-point scale).
- Maximum age of 26 years old.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Willing to be relocated throughout Indonesia.
