Requirements

• Minimum holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Degree in Organization, Change Management or HR is favorable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of training and development at oil and gas sector.
• Hands-on experience in preparing the Career Development Monitoring (CDM)
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
