- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate, majoring in Automotive, Electro, Electricity, Production, Heavy Equipment or senior high school (SMA/MA) majoring in Science (IPA).
- Maximum age of 21 years old as of 2 November 2015.
- Minimum height of 164 cm.
- No glasses and not color blind.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
