PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk - ICBP (IDX stock code ICBP) or later known as Indofood CBP is the largest packaged food producers in Indonesia. Indofood CBP is a mamber of public-listed integrated food company PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (Indofood Group). At present, 80.53% of its shares are held by Indofood Group, and 19.47% remaining shares by public shareholders. Based in Jakarta, Indofood CBP has defined the following 6 business pillars, comprising noodles, dairy, snack foods, food seasonings, nutrition & special foods, and beverages. Indofood CBP also operates packaging division to supports its 6 business pillars. In noodles business, Indofood CBP through its noodles division produces and markets a wide range of instant bag and cup noodles, egg noodles, and instant vermicelli. At present, the noodles division has 16 noodles factories with total installed production capacity of 15 billion packs per year. According to Indofood CBP Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the noodles division is the biggest contributor to total sales of Indofood CBP in 2014. The noodles division booked total sales volume of Rp19.92 trillion in 2014 or up 15% from Rp 17.32 trillion in 2013. Total sales of noodles division equivalent with 65.3% total sales of Indofood CBP in 2014.

Key Account Supervisor (Sales)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management, Business, Hospitality and other related majors from a leading university with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
• At least 2 years of experience as Key Account or Sales Supervisor for Modern Trade.
• Strong understanding about channel or account management and development in Modern Trade.
• Achievement and result orientation.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self driven and hardworker.
• Strong data analysis and coordination skills.
• Placement at ICBP Head Office (Indofood Tower Sudirman Jakarta).

Market Research & Consumer Insight Supervisor (MRCI)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Statistics, Psychology from a leading university with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 scale.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research.
• Proficient in research, both Quantitative and qualitative.
• Advanced skills in SPSS or other statistic/research application softwares.
• Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self driven and hardworker.
• Strong data analysis and coordination skills.
• Placement at ICBP Head Office (Indofood Tower Sudirman Jakarta).
