- Background in Bachelor or Master’s Degree (S1/S2) from any disciplines.
- Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 (on a 4-point scale).
- Fresh graduate will be considered.

- Good teamwork and analytical thinking.
- Fast learner.

IT Help Desk Specialist
- Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk Staff, IT Support Staff or other IT operations related to user/customer.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding in Windows Operating System (XP, 7, and 8.1), Outlook and Exchange, Patch Management, and Anti Virus.
- Strong knowledge in incident management and request management.
- Have a good concept of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
- Strong in communication skill and respond to customer.
- Based town : Jakarta.
