Total profit for the period 1H 2015 amounted to Rp 10,979 billion, compared with Rp 10,335 billion in 1H 2014.

- Alumni of Universitas Indonesia (UI) with background in Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Management / Business Administration, Communication Studies and Industrial Engineering.
- Alumni of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) with background in Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Management / Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering / Information Systems, Electrical Engineering - Telecommunications and Visual Communication Design.
- Alumni of Telkom University (Tel-U) with background in Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Management / Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering / Information Systems, Electrical Engineering - Telecommunications and Visual Communication Design.
- Alumni of Padjadjaran University (UNPAD) with background in Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Management / Business Administration, Law, and Communication Studies.

- Have completed the study, by attaching an educational diploma or SKL (Certificate of Graduation).
- Strong academic results with the minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 for S1 and 3.50 for S2 (on a 4-point scale).
- Maximum age of 24 years old (for S1) or 27 years old (for S2) of age in the year of admittance.
- Willing be stationed in all working area of Telkom Indonesia.
- Never followed recruitment process at Telkom Indonesia period from 1 January 2015 to 31 July 2015.
