2. Verfication Administrator - VAC5256

Requirements

• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Good computer skill, minimum Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage cross-functional, transversal teams.
• Strong understanding of customer service, customer experience and billing system.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of customer service or previous experience in billing System.
• Demonstrated good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of billing system and key performance indicator of credit control.
• Have a good behavioral competencies (from Indosat framework) ; 
• Customer and Market focus.
• Decisiveness.
• Effective collaboration.
