PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk - PT Bank Panin Tbk or known as Panin Bank is one of 10 major national bank in Indonesia. By the end of 2014 , Panin Bank controls third party funds of Rp 126.1 trillion and maintains assets worth of Rp 172.6 trillion. Panin Bank was established in 1971 as a merger results of 3 privately-owned banks, namely Bank Kemakmuran, Bank Industri Djaja Indonesia and Bank Industri & Dagang Indonesia. In 1982, the Bank was listed on the stock market (IDX) and its shares are traded under code PNBN. At present, Panin Bank is majority owned by PT Panin Financial Tbk (46.04%).
