General Requirements

• Education
• D4/S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management (1).
• D4/S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering (2).
• D4/S1 majoring in All Engineering, Economics (3).
• D3/D3/S1 majoring in All Engineering, Law, Communication (4).
• D3/D3/S1 majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering (5).
• D3/D3/S1 majoring in All Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, Management (f).
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for D4/S1) or 2.90 on a 4.0 grade scale (for D3).
• Preferably ages are
• 26 years old when graduation (for D3)
• 27 years old when graduation (for D4/S1).
• Willing to be placed in all ADM's plants/factories in Jakarta, Karawang or Cibitung.
• Willing to work with shift system (day/night).
• Proficiency in English language both verbal and written, preferably for those with TOEFL score minimum 450. Fluent in Japanese language is an advantage.
• Deeply interesting in automotive industry.
• Involved actively in organization will be an advantage.
