Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan or abbreviated as BPJS TK is the social security management agency of Indonesia and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Agency was founded with main task to organize the social security workforce, including occupational accident, pension, old-age risk and death benefit schemes. The Agency offically established in January 2014 to replace the fuction of PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) / JAMSOSTEK, a leading state-owned social security workforce company in Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan now supporetd by 11 regional offices and 121 branch offices spread in all over Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan controls investment fund of Rp 186.96 trillion and maintains assets worth of Rp 11.69 trillion. This figures was stated by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in its Financial Statements & Program Management Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com

Officer Development Program

  • Minimum Master (S2) holder in any field accredited A with a Bachelor Degree (S1) background accreditated A.
  • Minimum GPA S2 of 3.00 and background GPA S1 at least 3.00.
  • Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing) is a must as evidenced by a document uploads :
    1. Paper Based TOEFL 500 or;
    2. Computer-Based TOEFL 173 or;
    3. Internet Based TOEFL 61;
    4. IELTS 6.0
  • Actively involved in organization/extracurricular activities (evidenced by a document uploads).
  • Has received recognition and award on achievement acquired e.g. scholarship, student exchange, etc (evidenced by a document uploads).
  • Single/not married, with the maximum age of 27 years old on 31 December 2015.
  • Not a child, sibling, brother, brother in law of the active employee of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Able to work using computer especially Microsoft Office (MS Office and MS Excel).
  • Operating knowledge of Statistics and Business Process Management applications is a plus.
  • Possess excellent communication skill.
  • Would be relocated in all working area of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Willing to undergo working bond during the first 4 years of employment.
  • Willing not to get married during the first year of bond period.
