PT Yodya Karya (Persero) - Yodya Karya or later known as YOKA is a foremost state-owned consulting service company in Indonesia. YOKA is owned 100% by the Government of the Indonesia; YOKA’s shares are not to be traded on the stock market (IDX). Based in Jakarta, PT Yodya Karya (Persero) concentrates its business activities in  consultant planner services, including architects, engineering and management consultant services. YOKA was formerly known as Naamloze Vennootschap Job en Sprey (NV Job & Sprey), as Dutch company which was founded by Mr Sprey in 1948. In 1958, PN Yodya Karya was launched as the nationalization results of NV Job & Sprey. The name PT Yodya Karya (Persero) was established in 1972. YOKA now supported by 5 regional offices and 5 branches spread in all over Indonesia. YOKA also supported by 3 division units, namely Engineering Division, Building Division, and PLKP Division. In terms of financial performance, YOKA booked total contract value of Rp 222.92 billion in 2011, an 36.60% increase from Rp 163.18 billion in 2010.     General Requirements
    • Male or Female, not exceed 27 years of age.
    • Minimum education
      • Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) majoring in Accounting (1).
      • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering - Irrigation (2)
      • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering - Road & Rail (3).
      • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Psychology - Industrial (4).
      • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Architecture (5).
      • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering (6).
      • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Electro Engineering (7).
      • Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering (8).
      • Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering (9).
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field will be higly prioritized.
      • Operating knowledge of Accounting softwares (1).
      • Ready to work hard and be able to work in teams.
      • Responsible for the work.
      • English literacy (active and passive).
      • Preferably have SKA (2, 3).
      • Possess certification SKA Madya/Utama (5).
      • Possess certification SKA with minimum 2 years of experience in the related field (6, 7, 8, 9).
