PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi - WIKA Rekayasa Konstruksi or known as WIKA Rekon is a reputable company in Indonesia, running business in electrical and mechanical construction industry, including installation of mechanical, electrical, industrial and power plant projects. WIKA Rekon is a key subsidiary company of state-owned construction firm, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk  (WIKA Group). At present, WIKA Group holds 90.04% shares in this company. WIKA Rekayasa Konstruksi was first established in 1984 as PT Catur Insan Pertiwi. In 2008, PT Catur Insan Pertiwi transformed into PT Wijaya Karya Insan Pertiwi. The name of PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi was launched in 2013. In terms of financial performance, WIKA Rekon reported total sales in 2013 amounted to Rp 140.19 billion, or a 22.96% down from Rp 181.96 billion in 2012. WIKA Rekon’s net profit up by 49.39% to Rp11.07 billion from Rp7.41 billion. This figures was stated by WIKA Group in its Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Civil Engineer

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field, preferably staff specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in power plant, industrial plant and oil and gas.
  • Familiar with computer programs applicable to such designs civil engineers (AutoCad, MS Project 2010 and Primavera).
  • Good understanding with other design and construction, material specification, upgrade, or new design and layout.
  • Have a good leadership, problem solving and organizing skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
  • Willing to be placed in all project sites/remote areas.
Mechanical Engineer

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field, preferably staff specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in power plant, industrial plant and oil and gas.
  • Familiar with computer programs applicable to such designs mechanical engineers.
  • Good understanding with other design and construction, material specification, upgrade, or new design and layout.
  • Have a good leadership, problem solving and organizing skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
  • Willing to be placed in all project sites/remote areas.
Electrical Engineer

Requirements
  • Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction power plant, industrial plant or oil and gas.
  • Previous experience in EPC project will be highly prioritized.
  • Experienced in design, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up instrumentation and control for power plant.
  • Familiar with computer programs applicable to such designs electrical designs.
  • Good understanding with other design and construction, material specification, upgrade, or new design and layout.
  • Have a good leadership, problem solving and organizing skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
  • Willing to be placed in all project sites/remote areas.
HC Staff

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 in Psyschology or Human Resource Management from a reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Operating knowledge of computer software applications in the field.
  • Strong analytical skill is a must.
  • Have a good leadership, problem solving and organizing skills.
  • Willing to achieve higher responsibility.
  • A team player, able to work under pressure and meet thigh schedule.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Marketing Staff

Requirements
  • Minimum D3 from all major with minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Have a good leadership, problem solving and organizing skills.
  • able to work under pressure and meet thigh schedule.
  • Strong knowledge in power plant, industrial plant and oil and gas.
Legal Officer

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1 in Law from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • A team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to achieve higher responsibility.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Operating knowledge of computer software applications in the field.
Accounting Team Leader

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Minimum S1 in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
  • A team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
  • Willing to achieve higher responsibility.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Operating knowledge of computer software applications in the field.
  • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standars (IFRS) will be highly prioritized.
