PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is a well-established foreign investment (PMA) company in Indonesia which focus on automotive industry. TMMIN engaged in assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles and spare parts. PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia is local subsidiary company of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), one of the largest automotive company from Japan. At present, TMC holds 95% shares in TMMIN. Other 5% remaining  shares in TMMIN was owned by PT Astra International Tbk (Astra Group). According to Astra Group Annual Report 2014 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, Toyota settled in Indonesia in 1969. Astra Group was appointed as distributor of Toyota brands in Indonesia in 1969. In 2003, Astra Group and TMC reorganized Toyota’s business in Indonesia into 2 companies, namely PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia and PT Toyota-Astra Motor (Astra Group : 51%, TMC : 49%) to focus on distribution. TMMIN is based in Jakarta and now has 4 plants with total installed production capacity of 250,000 units of Toyota cars (Innova, Fortuner, Vios, Limo, Yaris and Etios Valco).

Requirements

• Not more than 25 years old.
• Academy Graduate, majoring in Mechanical, Manufacture, Electrical, Management Information, Civil and Administration.
• Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.00 (on a 4-point scale).
• English literacy, spoken and written.
• Maximum 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are encourage to apply).
