PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) - Pelindo 2 or Indonesia Port Corporation II (commonly abbreviated as IPC) is one of the largest port operator company in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, IPC is a state-owned non-listed company and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of today, IPC manages 12 port branches in the western part of Indonesia which covers 10 provinces. IPC also supported by 16 directly owned subsidiary and affilated companies. According to PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, IPC succeeded in posting excellent financial performance in 2013. Total net operating revenue that has been recorded by IPC in 2013 is amounted to Rp 6.11 trillion. This reflected an 12.83% incerased from Rp 5.42 trillion in 2012. Total comprehensive income in 2013 reached Rp 2 trillion with 7.33% increase compared to 2012 which was Rp 1.86 trillion.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry.
  • Experienced in project management skills.
  • Have a good skills in interacting with people in various level in Maintenance Department.
  • Have a good knowledge in Human Resources and organizational design
  • Excellent leadership and training skills.
Project Manager Organization Development
Functions : People & Organization

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Experienced with managing people and organization
  • Have a good knowledge (basic) regarding functions/systems/ people interact across various level.
  • Have a good knowledge in Human Resources and organizational design.
Project Manager People Development
Functions : People & Organization

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry.
  • Ability to work with various level from floor to management level.
  • Skilled at interacting with people in various level in Maintenance Dep.
  • Seasoned as training manager.
Project Manager Business Process Development Project
Functions : Process & System

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry.
  • Have a good training and developing people skills.
  • Have a good ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.

  • Strong ability to analyze, understand and enforce contractual obligations.
Project Manager Inventory Management
Functions : Supplier & Inventory Management

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of maintenance for heavy-equipment industry.
  • Experienced with inventory management and warehouse processes.
  • Critical-Thinking Skills: to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly.
  • Familiar with ERP system specifically for inventory module.
Program Manager
Functions : Capex and Cost Control

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experiences as financial analyst and/or project financing specialist
  • Have a good presentation and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent with numbers
