PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Persero) - PT TASPEN (Persero) or later known as TASPEN is a trusted and reliable state-owned financial services company in Indonesia, which have relation with social insurance industry. The Company offers a large selection of civil servant social insurance products, including program pension and old age savings civil servants. PT TASPEN (Persero) was first established in 1963 as PN TASPEN. In 1969, PN TASPEN renamed into Perum TASPEN. The name of PT TASPEN (Persero) officially established in 1981. The Company is based in Jakarta and now supported by 6 primary brahches and 42 branches throughout Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, TASPEN succeeded in posting overall improvement in its performance in 2013. The state-owned company booked Rp 17,623 billion in total revenues in 2013. This reflected an 5.14% increase from Rp 16,762 billion in 2012. Total net profit went up by 214.44% from Rp 421.15 billion in 2012 to Rp1,324.29 billion in 2013. In line with its continued expansion program, PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Persero) invites qualified candidates to fullfill the position as follows

Management Trainee (Code : MTE)

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Actuarial, Accounting, Economics and Development Studies, Law, Communication Studies, Management, Mathematics, Banking, Psychology, Information Technology, and Civil Engineering. 
  • Minimum TOEFL of 500 (which is still valid).
Non Management Trainee (Code : NMT)
  • Diploma Degree (D3) in  Office Administration, Actuary, Accounting, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Tax, Secretary, and Information Technology.
  • Possess certification of Tax Brevet A / Tax Brevet B / Accounting / Computer / English will be highly prioritized.
General Requirements
  1. Indonesian Citizens (WNI).
  2. Male or Female.
  3. Attractive, energetic, and friendly.
  4. Physical and Spiritual Health.
  5. Have a valid National Identity Card (KTP).
  6. Single/not married and willing not to get married for 2 year, commencing from implementing Education and Pre-Employment Training / Orientation Training (OT).
  7. Unrelated as follows:
    • Familial / kinship (father / mother / child / brother / sister) with the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT TASPEN (Persero)
    • Child / son of Employees PT TASPEN (Persero) which still has a working period of more than two (2) years from the Retirement Age Limit (BUP), TMT Retirement on 27 July 2017.
  8. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (for D3 PTN/PTS and S1 PTN) and 3.25 (for S1 PTS).
  9. Maximum age of 24 years old for D3 and 25 years old S1.
  10. Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female (with weight proportional).
  11. Drug freee and never involved in criminal activities.
  12. Not serving a bond with other company / institution.
  13. Never dishonorably discharged as an employee in othe company / institution.
  14. Not serving process or legal problems
  15. Willing to be placed at the Head Office and Branch Office of  PT TASPEN (Persero) in all over Indonesia.
