PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PLN or commonly known as PT PLN (Persero) is prominent state-owned company in Indonesia, which have relation with electricity power industry. PLN is a state-owne company whose shares are not listed on the stock market (IDX). The Government of Indonesia has 100% shares of PLN. The Company is domiciled in Jakarta and operates 48 domestic business unit offices which are located in all over Indonesia. PLN also supported by 11 directly-owned subsidiary companies. PT PLN (Persero) was first established in 1961 as a working unit at the Ministry of Energy and Public Works. At present, PLN is renowned as the Country's largest electricity power provider. According to PT PLN (Persero) Statistic Report 2013 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, the Company has 4,925 power generating units with total installed electricity power capacity of 34,206 MW. This reflected an 3.96% increase from 32,901.48 MW in 2012.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4), majoring in
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, Electric Power System (Code: S1/ELE).
2. Weak currents, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : S1/ALE).
3. Mechanical Engineering (Code: S1/MES).
4. Industrial Engineering (Code: S1/IND).
• Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, Electric Power System (Code: D.III/ELE).
2. Weak currents, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : D.III/ALE).
3. Mechanical Engineering (Code : D.III/MES).
4. Chemical Engineering (Code : D.III/KIM).
5. Marketing Management, Commerce Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration (Code : D.III/MAN).
• Single (not married) and willing not to get married during the "Diklat Prajabatan" training period.
• Male (preferably), with the age limit:
• S1/D4 : Birth in 1989 and thereafter.
• D3 : Birth in 1991 and thereafter.
• Cumulative grade point average /GPA :
• GPA ≥ 3.00 (D.III/MAN).
• GPA ≥ 2.75 (S1/ELE, S1/ALE, S1/MES, S1/IND, D.III/ELE, D.III/ALE, D.III/MES, D.III/KIM).

Required documents

1. Application letter, addressed to PT PLN (Persero) c.q. Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Copy of Birth Certificate/Akte Kelahiran (can be followed at the time of the interview).
4. Legalized copy of academic diploma or temporary degree verification statements.
5. Legalized copy of academic transcript.
6. Copy of valid Resident Identity Card (KTP).
7. Recent color photograph 3x4 (2 sheets, please write your name in the back side of photographs).
8. For cross channel applicants (D3 which continue to D4 / S1), must attach additional documents, consist of
• Legalized copies of D3 academic diploma.
• Legalized copies of D3 academic transcripts.
9. Open for candidates who are completing the final project / thesis (the graduation requirements no later than November 2015), please bring your final project/thesis certificate when registering.
