Nindya Karya is based in Jakarta and offers a large selection of heavy civil construction services, including construction, design/build, operations and maintenance for private and public sector infrastructure projects. Nindya Karya was established in 1961 as a nationalization results of NV Nederlands Aanemings Maatschappy (NEDAM) Vorheen Firma H.F.Boersma. The Company now has 21 domestic branch office spread in 6 regional divisions throughout Indonesia. In 2013, Nindya Karya has grown significantly. It is shown by its achievement to obtain new contracts with total values at Rp 3.43 trillion or grew by 18.67% compared to 2012 which valued at Rp 2.89 trillion, according to Nindya Karya Annual Report 2013 as quoted by JobsCDC.com.

In line with its continued expansion program, PT Nindya Karya (Persero) are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions

Regular Recruitment 2015

General Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma (D3) holder in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
    • Bachelor (S1) holder in Civil Engineering, Geodesy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Electro Engineering (Power Lines), Chemical Engineering, Public Health - Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
  • Graduates from a reputable universities (PTN/PTS) with minimum accredited A and cumulative GPA ≥ 2.75.
  • Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia.
  • Maximum age of 24 years old for D3 and 27 years old for S1.
  • Good level in English, both spoken & written with TOEFL score ≥ 500.
Required documents for regular recruitment:
  • Legalized copy of academic certificate or temporary degree verification statements (SKL).
  • Legalized copy of academic transcript.
  • Valid Police record/SKCK (can be followed).
  • Copy of valid ID Card.
  • Latest color photograph 4x6 (2 sheets).

Professional Recuitment

Senior Manager HRD (Code : SM-HRD)

  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Psychology or HR Management.
  • Age around 30 - 35 years old.
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Senior Manager, preferably at construction service industry.
  • High integrity and possess excellent communication skill
  • Deep understanding about the function of HR and Indonesia Manpower Regulation.
Manager Proyek Utama
  1. Proyek Jalan & Jembatan (Code : MP-1A)
  2. Proyek Gedung (Code : MP-1B)
  3. Proyek Pelabuhan & Dermaga (Code : MP-1C)
Manager Proyek Muda
  1. Proyek Jalan & Jembatan (Code : MP-2A)

Site Manager
  1. Proyek Jalan & Jembatan (Code : MP-A)

General Requirements
  • Male, with maximum age of 45 years old (for Manager Proyek Utama), 40 years old (Manager Proyek Muda) or 35 years old (for Site Manager).
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Experienced as Project Manager at least in 5 projects or 12 years (for Manager Proyek Utama).
  • Experienced as Project Manager at least in 3 projects or 8 years (for Manager Proyek Muda).
  • Experienced as Site Manager at least in 3 projects or 5 years (for Site Manager).
  • High integrity and good team work.
  • Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia.
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline.
  • Mastering Project Management and operating knowledge of computer applications (MS Project, Primavera).
