• Maximum age of 22 years old (Has not been repeated year 23 per 31 June 2015).
• Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
• The average value of graduation 6.5 on a 10 grade scale (can be filled in the column GPA)
• Computer literate.
• Minimum heigh of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Unrelated family (father / mother / brother / sister / child) with the employee of Bank BTN.
• Willing to be assigned in all over Indonesia.
