PT Saptaindra Sejati - SIS is a reputable mining company in Indonesia with the business scope in the field of coal mining and hauling contractors services. SIS is strategic subsidiary company of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro Group), a reputable public-listed coal mining company in Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, PT Saptaindra Sejati is fully-owned by Adaro Group as of 31 December 2014. Starting out in 1991, SIS originated as PT Dianlia Setyamukti, a subcontractor for heavy equipment company. In 2002, PT Dianlia Setyamukti transformed into PT Saptaindra Sejati. At present, PT Saptaindra Sejati supported by 1,300 heavy equipment units, including 250-tonne haul trucks and 400-tonne excavators. In term of financial performance, SIS’s total revenue in 2013 reported 16.3% down year-on-year (YOY) to US$ 410.3 million. In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT Saptaindra Sejati currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the following position

HSE Manager (Code : HSEM)

Requirements:
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • At least 8 years of experience in mining industry as Health Safety Environment (HSE).
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder from the faculty of Mining Engineering, Public Health, or Environment Engineering
  • Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) will be highly prioritized.
  • English literacy, spoken and written.
  • Proficient in using and utilizing Microsoft Office and internet application.
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007.
  • Able to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation.
  • Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige.
  • Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury).
  • Possess excellent leadership skills to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good health and able to work under pressure with good result.
  • Willing to be placed in SIS's site project (Tanjung, South Kalimantan).
Mine Planner (Code : MPL)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Mining.
  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in mining industry as mine engineer.
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be highly prioritized.
  • Demonstrated good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) and computer literate.
Survey Engineering Group Leader (Code : SURVEYGL)

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in mining industry as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor.
  • Have a POP License will be highly prioritized.
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be highly prioritized.
  • Demonstrated good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and focus on detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) and computer literate.
  • Willing to be placed in SIS's site project.
Drill & Blast Group Leader (Code : DBGL)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in drilling & blasting. 
  • Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
  • Familiar with drill blast design application and shot plus software.
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Willing to be placed in SIS's site project.
Officer Reasearch Operation (Code : OFF - RO)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Mining Engineering from a leading university (ITB, Undip, UI, UGM, IPB) with GPA: 3 ~ up.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mining industry.
  • Active in English language.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office Jakarta.
Diploma Preparation Program Plant (Code : DPP - PLANT)

Requirements
  • Single , with maximum age of 25 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Conversion Energy Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Electro/Electronics Engineering (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
  • Minimum height of 165 cm.
  • Good English language, at least passive.
  • Physically and mentally Fit
  • Willing to be placed in SIS's site project.
Diploma Preparation Program Logistik (Code : DPP - LOG)

Requirements
  • Single , with maximum age of 25 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro/Electronics Engineering, Accounting (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
  • Good English language (active).
  • Willing to be placed in SIS's site project.
Officer Tax (Code : OFF - TAX)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old
    Minimum Bachelor  (S1) or Diploma (D3) holder in Accounting (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
  • At least 4 - 5 years experience as Accounting / Tax Officer / Senior Officer.
  • Brevet A & B.
  • Good English language (active).
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office Jakarta.
