PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or commonly abbreviated as PLN is the national electricity company of Indonesia. PLN is a nationwide leader in electricity power industry. According to PT PLN (Persero) Statistic Report 2013, PT PLN (Persero) and its subsidiaries/affiliates has 4,925 power generating units with total installed capacity of 34,206 MW as of December 2013. This reflected an 3.96% increase from 32,901.48 MW in 2012. PT PLN (Persero) is a state-owned company (SOE) that does not conduct any Initial Public Offering (IPO) and is 100% owned by Government of Indonesia. PT PLN (Persero) was first established in 1961 as a working unit at the Ministry of Energy and Public Works. Headquartered in Jakarta, PT PLN (Persero) now supported by 48 domestic business unit offices throughout Indonesia. The national electricuty company also supported by 11 directly-owned subsidiary companies.

• Undergraduate Program / Bachelor Degree or equivalent (S1/D4), majoring in
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, Electric Power System (Code: S1/ELE).
2. Weak currents, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : S1/ALE).
3. Mechanical Engineering (Code: S1/MES).
4. Industrial Engineering (Code: S1/IND).
• Associate / Bachelor Degree (D3) majoring in
1. Electro Engineering, Power Lines, Electric Power System (Code: D.III/ELE).
2. Weak currents, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code : D.III/ALE).
3. Mechanical Engineering (Code : D.III/MES).
4. Civil Engineering (Code : D.III/SIP).
5. Informatics Engineering (Code : D.III/INF).
6. Chemical Engineering (Code : D.III/KIM).
7. Marketing Management, Commerce Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration (Code : D.III/MAN).
8. Finance, Financial Management (Code : D.III/KEU).
• Single (not married) and willing not to be marry during training program.
• Preferably Male.
• Passed S2 / S1 / D4 or D3 with ages
• S2 : Birth in 1987 and thereafter.
• S1 / D4: Birth in 1989 and thereafter.
• D3: Birth in 1991 and thereafter.
• Cumulative GPA
• GPA  ≥ 3.00 for position code : S2/ELE, D.III/MAN, D.III/KEU.
• GPA ≥ 2.75 for position code : S1/ELE, S1/ALE, S1/MES, S1/IND, D.III/ELE, D.III/ALE, D.III/MES, D.III/SIP, D.III/INF, D.III/KIM.

6. Copy of valid ID Card.
7. Recent color photograph 3x4 (2 sheets, please write your name in the back side of photographs).
8. For cross channel applicants (D3 which continue to D4 / S1), must attach additional documents as follow
• Legalized copies of D3 educational diploma.
• Legalized copy of D3  educational transcripts.
