General Requirements

• Have an extensive business networking.
• Able to work using computer and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Have a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and driving license class C (SIM C).
• Do not have a family relationship with the employees and board directors of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk.
• Placement at Micro-finance business unit area of Jambi, Patimura, Jelutung, Sorolangun, and Muara Bungo

Specific requirements for supervisor level (1, 2, 3, 4)

• Male or Female.
• Not older than 35 years (2, 3, 4) or 40 years (1) of age.
• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in all disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in same position in the field of finance/financing, such as BPR/BPR Syariah, banking, leasing, financial institution, and saving and loan cooperative (KSP).
• Strong knowledge of collection and litigation (3), financial analysis (4).
• Open promotion opportunities for candidates with minimum 3 years of experience as Sales / Collection / Analyst (2, 3, 4).
• Open promotion opportunities for candidates with minimum 2 years of experience as Unit Head (1).
• In depth knowledge of micro banking business, financing analysis and collateral valuation.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills as well as financing decisions (1, 2).
• Love a challenge and able to work with the target (1, 2).
• Good looking, confident, and strong communication skills (1, 2).

Specific requirements for staff level (5, 6, 7)

• Male or Female.
• Not older than 30 years of age.
• Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in same position in the field of finance/financing, such as BPR/BPR Syariah, banking, leasing, financial institution, and saving and loan cooperative/KSP (6, 7).
• Strong knowledge of collection (6).
• Have a basic knowledge of micro banking business.
• Love a challenge and able to work with the target (7).
• Good looking, confident, and strong communication skills (7).
